Position: Regional Office / Operations Administrative Assistant

**Temporary Position** Provides office administrative assistance to the VP of Hotel Operations, Warehouse Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Conventions Dept support personnel. This includes: receptionist duties, answering phones, greeting, passive security, handling customer inquiries, preparation of marketing materials, preparing revenue and expense reports/forecasts, processing expense reports, post-show reports, preparing invoices, processing payments, ordering business cards and nametags, maintaining office equipment, supplies and files, etc. Must have high school education or equivalency, proficiency with PC & Mac platforms using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe In Design & Photoshop, excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills, pleasant and inviting demeanor, good business math skills, good organizational skills, 1-2 years of solid office admin experience and ability to multi-task. Ideal candidates also have prior hospitality-related admin experience.
