Position: Corporate Office Administrative Assistant

Requirements: Relieves CEO, COO, CFO and HR executives of various administrative-type functions including correspondence, special projects, light accounting and employee relations. Acts as front lobby receptionist who handles phones and customer inquiries and greets employees and guests. Maintains inventory of office supplies, assists with shipping needs and scheduling of the conference room. Accounting duties include recording checks, preparing deposit slips, coding invoices and processing credit card payments. Produces company marketing materials and administers the customer service survey program. Must have experience using a MAC computer , MS Office 2007 (experience with Abode Creative Suite 4 programs such as Includes Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign a HUGE PLUS.) Must have exceptional verbal/written communication skills, exude a pleasant inviting personality, and 2-3 years of administrative experience. Ideal candidates are professional, polite, organized, are able to multi-task, demonstrate initiative and a high level of autonomy. Familiarly with Egencia Travel a plus.
