Position: Corporate Office Administrative Assistant

Location: Germantown, MD

Description:
Relieves CEO, COO, CFO and HR executives of various administrative-type functions including correspondence, special projects, light accounting and employee relations. Acts as front lobby receptionist who handles the main phones, customer inquiries and greets employees and guests. Maintains inventory of office supplies, assists with shipping needs and scheduling of the conference room. Accounting duties include recording checks, preparing deposit slips, coding invoices and processing credit card payments. Handles other duties as assigned. Produces and updates company marketing materials and administers the company-wide customer service survey program. Must be computer proficient with STRONG Microsoft Office 2007 skills especially using Word, Excel, and Publisher. Experience with Adobe programs such as Photoshop and InDesign a HUGE PLUS. Exceptional verbal/written communication skills, strong attention to detail, exude a pleasant inviting personality, and 2-4 years of administrative experience is required for consideration. Ideal candidates are professional, polite, organized, are able to multi-task, and demonstrate initiative and a high level of autonomy. Familiarly with UPS shipping programs and Egencia Travel a plus.
